2. Eligibility

You must be legally able to enter into these Terms under applicable law.

If you are under the age of majority in your jurisdiction, a parent or legal guardian must review and agree to these Terms on your behalf.

3. License to Use the App

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the app for personal, non-commercial entertainment.

You may not:

• Copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, or sublicense the app except as allowed by law
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code except where prohibited from restricting this right by law
• Use the app in a way that violates law or infringes rights

4. Gameplay and Availability

The app is intended to operate as an offline-first single-player game. Some features may require network connectivity due to third-party services such as ads, diagnostics, analytics, and billing.

We may add, remove, or modify features at any time.

5. In-App Purchases

The app may offer in-app purchases through platform billing providers.

• Purchases are processed by the platform store account you use
• Billing, refunds, and subscription policies are generally governed by the applicable app store terms
• Purchased digital items may be non-transferable and non-redeemable for cash unless required by law

6. Advertising

The app may display ads provided by third-party networks.

Ad content and ad delivery are controlled in part by third-party providers. We are not responsible for third-party ad content beyond what is required by applicable law.

7. Intellectual Property

The app, including software, design, text, and graphics, is owned by or licensed to us and is protected by intellectual property laws.

Bible text attribution and other third-party attributions are provided in app materials and release metadata where required.

8. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Interfere with the app or related systems
• Use automation, exploits, or unauthorized modifications
• Attempt unauthorized access to systems or data

9. Third-Party Services and Links

The app may integrate or link to third-party services. Your use of those services is governed by their terms and privacy policies.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The app is provided on an as is and as available basis to the fullest extent permitted by law.

We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss of data, profits, goodwill, or business interruption arising from or related to your use of the app.

Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the minimum extent permitted by law.

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims arising from your misuse of the app or violation of these Terms.

13. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the app if you materially violate these Terms.

You may stop using the app at any time by uninstalling it.
